Here, the focus is on using our palate as an instrument to explore coffee through its origin, harvest, processing, roasting, and preparation. We aim to highlight both the characteristics of different terroirs and general or more specific flaws from the value chain. In a beautiful atmosphere, we’ll dive into the world of coffee together.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN IN OUR TASTING SEMINAR:
Our Coffee Tasting Seminar takes place at our roastery at Länderweg 21 in Frankfurt-Sachsenhausen and lasts approximately 2 ½ hours. Courses are typically conducted in German, with selected dates available in English.
If you have questions beforehand, feel free to send us an email at seminare@hoppenworth-ploch.de. Please provide your phone number once you’ve booked a seminar so we can contact you in case of last-minute changes!
If you are unable to attend a booked seminar, you are welcome to send a substitute. Please inform us briefly. From 14 days before the seminar start date, we can only refund 50% of the seminar price. If the seminar is fully booked again during this time, we will refund the full amount. Alternatively, you will receive a discount code of 50% (or 100% for full rebooking) for a new date.
